RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS 
 

All sales are FINAL. Due to possible contamination, our return policy is strictly enforced. We only provide our customers with BRAND NEW/UNUSED items, therefore we would be unable to re-sell any items that would be returned.

EXCHANGES

 

We will only replace items if they are received defective, not accidentally damaged or broken. Our policy lasts 7 days. Buyer must immediately send a photo to precisioninc.info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the defective goods. If 7 days has passed since the delivered date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement unless agreed to upon by the owner.

SHIPPING
 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Additionally, you may be required to pay any additional shipping and handling fees payed by the seller in order to ship you a replacement of the item. To complete a replacement, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
