PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

please follow the following pre-care instructions.

NOT FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

2 WEEKS PRIOR

No type of facial treatment (chemical peels, lasers, etc.) near the treatment area.
No botox around the treatment area.

1 WEEK PRIOR

Discontinue any application of chemical exfoliants such as glycolic acid, Retin-A, AHA's. Must be at least 1inch away from treatment area.
Discontinue the use of fish oil and Vitamin E.

24 HOURS PRIOR AND DAY OF

Avoid alcohol or caffeine the day before and prior to the procedure. This will minimize any discomfort, bleeding or swelling after the procedure.
No Advil, Aspirin, or any blood thinners/pain killers. Tylenol is fine and may be taken 30 minutes before your appointment.
Do not work out the day of the procedure.
Lightly exfoliate your face, focusing on the procedure area, using a clean scrub or any other physical exfoliator. NO CHEMICAL EXFOLIANTS.
You are more than welcome to have your eyebrows drawn in the way you usually do when coming in to your appointment. Please be aware that you may not get your eyebrows wet for some time, so it may be helpful to shower the day before or the day of.

FOR LIP BLUSH TATTOO

IF YOU ARE PRONE TO COLD SORES, LIP BLUSH TATTOOING MAY TRIGGER AN OUTBREAK. You must get a prescription for an antiviral, such as Valtrex or Acyclovir 3 days prior to your appointment, and continue taking it for 3 days after your appointment. If you have any questions about this, please contact Grace Karzo.

PLEASE EXFOLIATE YOUR LIPS WITHIN A WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. It will be very hard and uncomfortable for you as the client if your lips are dry during the procedure. You can use any homemade exfoliater with sugar, and please keep moisturizing using any chapstick or Aquaphor.
